Where is Tetu Island Lodge and How do I Get There?

Tetu Island Lodge is 60 miles northwest of Kenora, Ontario, Canada. It’s on the English-Winnipeg River system, just four miles east of the Manitoba border, and four hours from International Falls by car.

Since Tetu is an island resort, you can reach it only by boat or plane. If you drive, we’ll pick you up at our private landing and transport you via boat. If you choose to fly, you can do so commercially to International Falls or Winnipeg, and then take a floatplane to our docks. Or from Winnipeg, you can rent a car for a 3.5-hour drive to our landing dock.
